Policies

1. Rates are from October 1, 2022- March 30, 2023. March monthly rates are only available to guests staying 90 consecutive nights or more. (Must stay January and February also to stay March).

2. Minimum night stay for a monthly rental is 28 nights. Minimum night stay for weekly rental is 7 nights.

3. Taxes (13%) are not included in these rates. If rental is over 3 months consecutively, taxes will be refunded upon guest’s departure.

3. A $100 deposit per month required to hold a reservation at the time of booking.

4. Entire payment due at check-in.

5. All monthly reservations require a $200 refundable security deposit due at the time of check-in. Weekly Security deposit is $100.

6. All cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged $100.

7. PLEASE NOTE: In order to maximize savings to our guests, monthly and weekly rentals DO NOT include daily housekeeping services. There is no resort fee charged. Monthly’s receive bi-weekly (after every 14th night) service and Weekly’s will receive one during that week (after 3rd night). Additional housekeeping services can be purchased at a $12 fee per cleaning.
